Terms and Conditions Refund and Cancellation Policy

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices will provided upon evaluation are inclusive of applicable VAT. Payment must be made through our approved payment methods. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but any changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed.

5. Orders and Delivery

Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on the order. We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as traffic or weather conditions.

6. Cancellations and Amendments

You may cancel or amend your order within a specific timeframe. For events, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made outside these timeframes may incur a fee.

7. Refund Policy

•              Refund Eligibility: Refunds may be granted in cases of service failure, incorrect or unsatisfactory orders, or if the service was not provided as promised. Refund requests must be made within 15 days of the service date.

•              Refund Process: To request a refund, contact our customer support team at contact@navtransact.com within the specified timeframe. Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

•              Non-Refundable Services: Certain services, such as event deposits, may be non-refundable. These will be clearly indicated at the time of booking.

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Navigate Transact shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
